Association „Eat positive Switzerland“
What started as a small meet-up event in Zürich 10+ years ago has grown into a lovely community that organises potlucks, brunches, a yearly retreat, and is now planning to bring vegan education into schools through workshops.
If you would like to help at one of our events or become part of the team, we would love to hear from you.
The brunch is a project run by the Eat Positive association, which we took over from another team at the beginning of 2023. Please book early, as we often get fully booked.


BRUNCH
The best vegan brunch in Zürich
Come and enjoy your Sunday morning with a brunch in a relaxed atmosphere from 10:00 to 12:00.
Health and sustainable aspects are very important to us, which is why we mostly use organic products and sweeten with maple syrup or dates. We also adapt the menus slightly depending on the season, which is why the offer can vary.
The price includes a drink of your choice (coffee, tea, chocolate, juice, or a soft drink). For additional drinks, payment options such as card or cash are available on site.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Wipkingen Community Center. Food labels are provided.

BRUNCH

Enjoy a wide selection of traditional breakfast classics, such as fresh sourdough bread, croissants, jam, chocolate spread and porridge, as well as savoury delicacies such as hummus, scrambled tofu, and carrot lox, plus a dessert section (free of refined sugar).
Most of it is homemade with a focus on whole foods, some items even gluten-free.
WEEKEND RETREAT

We’re very excited that our Community Summer Retreat is back. This time in the mountains in Lenzerheide. Three years ago, 60 beautiful souls joined us and people are still talking about that magical weekend. There will again be yoga, a cooking class, potlucks, and hikes for you to join.
We would love you to be part of it.
POTLUCKS

What started as a small gathering of friends bringing their favourite dishes to someone’s living room has grown into a big community.
Today, the Coffee Bar Tessinerplatz is generously giving us their space to host our potlucks. Every event is unique and unrepeatable. The mix of people, food, and energy creates something wonderful.

Meet our Team
Get to know the wonderful individuals behind the Vegan Brunch

Debora
Debora is the creator of most recipes that you can enjoy at our brunch. She works as a psychologist and nutritionist and also runs a catering service called Food by Debora.
She has a great passion for delicious food, travel, nature, personal growth and community. She loves being around animals and helping people develop a lifestyle in which they feel physically and mentally well.

Jan
Jan enjoys teamwork and volunteers at our brunch to show how varied, affordable and delicious vegan food is. He is a big believer in happiness/health via science, and a fan of kitchen gadgets.
He has been eating vegan for seven years and is the creator of some of our dessert and chocolate recipes. He is happy to discuss the food, the association and the food-related events we organize.

Laura
Laura is an incredibly efficient and valuable team member with experience in the gastronomy industry and a strong eye for what needs to be done. She brings thoughtful ideas, positive energy, and initiative to the team.
She is deeply empathetic, open-minded, and curious about life, with an adventurous spirit and a deep appreciation for meaningful connections.

Irina
Irina is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, sound healing practitioner, iridologist, and holistic health coach.
She is a passionate advocate of a plant-based, mindful lifestyle. She creates vegan-friendly events in Zurich and retreats worldwide, combining yoga, breath, and conscious practices. Bringing people together in meaningful, heart-centered spaces is one of her greatest joys.

Valeria
In her spare time, Valeria loves cooking and baking, and she enjoys trying out new recipes. Her other passions include traveling, scouts and spending time in nature.
She is a positive-minded person who values the wonderful people in the EatPositive community. Because she loves animals, she supports veganism.

Vaish
Vaish joined EatPositive in 2021 after moving to Zurich. Together with her husband Vish, she enjoys creating Indian-fusion brunch dishes.
A lifelong vegetarian, she loves natural ingredients and making vegan food comforting. She believes food has a special way of bringing people together and creating meaningful connections.

Tyrone
Tyrone is passionate about building community through great food, kindness, and a healthy, plant-based lifestyle.
What began in 2014 as a small gathering has grown into a thriving Zurich community. He believes in connection, compassion, and cruelty-free living. Eat Positive, Live Positive, Stay Positive.
